Angeles Salinas

Angeles Salinas (b. Mexico City; lives in San Antonio, TX) received her MFA and BFA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Bachelor in Graphic Design from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She has exhibited at Ruby City, Flight Gallery, Artspace 111, Mexic-Arte, Galeria UNAM San Antonio, Contemporary at Blue Star, San Antonio Museum of Art, San Antonio Artist League Museum, Centro Aztlan, and College of Mainland, among others. She is also the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions for her artistic research, among them, Salinas is a recipient of the New York foundation for the Arts Immigrant Artist Mentoring Program Fellowship.
